1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Apeirum, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service description

Apeirum offers private AI for businesses, including chat, workspace, APIs, integrations, and custom solutions for internal documents, data, and processes. Source, context, and traceability features support professional review of results.

3. Registration, guided access, and account

Registration may include limited free access, while business access, API, and integrations may depend on evaluation, manual authorization, and gradual release. You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information and for maintaining credential security.

4. Plans, limits, and payments

Features like messages, uploads, assisted research, APIs, integrations, and in-depth answers may vary according to the contracted or authorized plan. Payments, when applicable, are processed through a secure payment provider. Cancellations can be requested at any time.

5. Intellectual property and documents

Documents uploaded by users remain the property of the user. Apeirum processes documents to provide the service, generate answers, and maintain the private library according to the features used. Apeirum software, brand, and technology are the exclusive property of the company.

6. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to use the platform for illegal activities, share credentials, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the system, or intentionally overload the infrastructure.

7. Limitation of liability

Apeirum provides informational AI-based answers and does not replace legal, financial, or professional advice. Review documents, sources, and conclusions before using any answer in a professional decision.

8. Integrations and third parties

Approved integrations must respect purpose, security, contracted limits, and usage responsibility. Apeirum is not responsible for third-party services integrated by the user.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in compliance with the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) and the Marco Civil da Internet. For European users, the provisions of the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) also apply.
